对车间内空调设备开展预防保全、故障抢修、改良保全，保障设备的正常运转，确保生产计划顺利完成。
Carry out preventive maintenance, fault repair, improved preservation of air condition equipment in the workshop, guarantee the normal operation of the equipment, and make sure the production plan can be finished properly.


1.制定空调设备维护保养计划，并按计划组织巡检、点检和保养，并定期总结实施效果，进行改善；
Make the air condition equipment maintenance plan, and organize routing inspection, point inspection and maintenance according to the plan, and periodically summarize the implementation effect, improve it;
2.跟踪空调设备状态及时填写检修记录，分析设备的潜在失效模式，制定改进和优化方案，提高设备的效率保障生产的稳定；
Track the air condition equipment status and fill in the maintenance records, analyse the potential failure mode of the equipment, make the improvement and optimization plan, raise the equipment efficiency and guarantee the stability of the manufacture;
3.推进部门事业计划的相关项目,完成相关的业务指标；
Promote the related projects of the department business plan, finish the related operational indicators;
4.负责空调设备改造的提案和构想并推进实施，新设备新技术的应用推进实施；
Be responsible for the air condition equipment reform proposals and concepts, and promote the implementation, promote the implementation of the application of the new technology and equipments;
5.协助相关业务部门开展扩能和新车型导入工作，针对性提出改善建议并负责推进实施；

6.负责设备的空调备件管理工作，包括备件统计、到货验收以及安全库存的确认等。

1.掌握空调的基本原理，对生产过程中空调发生的问题进行快速、有效分析处理；
Master air condition basic theory, analyse and deal with the air condition problems that occur during the process of the automatic control immediately and effectively;
2.与领导配合，安排、指导和监护好日常空调设备、空压机、 气体系统设备和排风系统及相关管道阀门的维修保养工作、确保系统安全生产并符合相关规范，做好日常记录。
Assist supervisors to arrange, direct and watch the daily maintenance of air condition equipments, air system equipment, and ventilation system and its pipes & valves. Ensure safety to accord with related standard and make daily records.
3.有整车厂大型涂装自动化生产线的维修管理经验；
Have the repair and management experience in a large paint automatic production line of a vehicle factory;
4.能够跟班，及时处理生产过程中空调发生的问题，保证生产线的正常运转；
Can work with the workshop group, deal with the air condition problems that occur during the production process in time, guarantee the normal operating of the production line;
5.能够及时完成空调设备的点检、保养、设备管理文件的编制及实施等工作；
Duly finish the point inspection of the air condition equipment, the equipment maintenance, the preparation and implementation of the equipment management documents, etc;
6.服从上级主管的领导，并及时完成其分配的其它工作；
Obey the supervisors’ leadership, finish the other work assigned by the supervisors in time;
7.能够熟练运用Office，具有一定的英语听说读写能力。
