Key responsibilities:

1.Design of layouts and work stations, work environment analysis and ergonomical studies. 设计工位布局，分析工作环境，研究人体工程学
2.Rationalization, and testing of new methods and tools.

5.Co-operate in product and process pre-studies as a representative for ME.

6.Co-operate in accidents reports investigations. 协助处理事故调查报告
7.Educate and inform production personnel in Productivity Engineering.

8.Deploy and implement running changes into the production process.

9.Aquire tools, performing comissioning and testing. 掌握工具，实施调试和测试
10.Creating and updating instructions needed for product, process and preventive maintenance.创建和更新生产、工艺和预防性维修所需的指导书
11.Programming of process related systems:编写与系统有关的工艺的程序
12.Method (time) studies, work balancing, manning data。When implementing model year changes:当产品更新换型时，研究工时，工作平衡，人员配置。
13.participate in rebuilding of equipment, testing and verification, before and during pre-series Tool Tryout.在工具试用前期参与重建设备、测试和验证
14.Participate in material and delivery audits at MP, TT and PP.

15.Participate when preparing new layouts.参与新布局的准备工作

17.Participate in assembly of pre-series in Pilot Plant. 参与产品试制阶段的装配

Qualification:

1.3-5年制造类行业工作经验/Have 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing industry

2.Fluent English in conversation and writing.熟练地英文会话和写作能力

3.Familiarity with Powertrain Assembly systems specific to engine and transmission components
