职位描述
1) Ensures compliance of the products to established specifications.
2) Proposes, develops and ensures the implementation of quality improvement programs.
3) Ensures customer product quality requirements are communicated effectively to Production personnel and quality performance data is effectively communicated to management.
4) Responsible for product quality and have the right to stop production due to quality problem.
5) Establishes and develops Company’s quality goals and slogan.
6) Identifies quality issues and evaluates potential improvement opportunities, directs quality Improvement teams.
7) Performs process capability studies, in-process and post-inspection audits and experiments and trains and leads teams to resolve quality issues; organize Company’s management audit and push dept. to close non-conformity items.
8) Designs systems that furnish feedback for appropriate statistical analysis and interpretation of performance data.
9) Plans, directs and co-ordinates documentation efforts to support any proposed modifications in quality control operations.
10) Responsible for dealing with customer quality complaints, set up a quick responding system in line with customer requirement, finding out root cause and making and implementing corrective plan timely.
11) Keeps up-to-date with amendments to (inter)national quality standards.
12) Establishes and develops the working process of Lab and the maintenance and verification of gauges and checking tools.
13) Supports the sales function through the preparation of documentation and certificates of conformity as required, and meets with customer’s representatives.
14) Performs quality sampling to check quality standards and maintain inspection records. Reviews fault analysis returns to identify the root cause of faults.
15) Liaises with Company’s suppliers to resolve quality queries, advising about concessions on supplies which relate to quality issues.
16) Cooperate with Purchasing to call periodic supplier meeting and assess potential suppliers
17) Advises and assists with the establishment of working practices that meet stipulated quality standards.
18) Ensures terminology is standardized between product engineering and production.
19) Establishes and maintains efficient reporting systems and procedures.
20) QIP activity and reporting
21) Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel in the department. This individual recommends training requirements, has the duty to keep the staff at the highest level of skill necessary to meet company needs and objectives, and my recommend that personnel be hired or removed from the department.
21) Build, operate and keep the whole process of QHSE management system according to ISO/TS16949: 2002, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standard. Keep SR target < 9, TRIR target < 0.8
22)Control environment target, index, management plan achievement in dept.
23) Report QHSE management system operation performance and improvement chance to management team for the management audit and become the proof for the management system performance improvement
24) Operate activities to develop customer satisfaction, obey country laws and rules in the whole organization
25) Contact outside business related to QHES management system
26) Develop all staff awareness and comprehending to customer and country law, rules requirement in our organization
