Launch Leader
Representing Powertrain engineers in the plant, and supporting the Launch Manager in all launch related activities.
Being the "Voice of powertrain" from the plant towards R&D.
Support documentation and communication of lessons learned.
Making temporary decisions or taking quick actions for any Powertrain related launch issues. Responsible for the issues and the continuous actions until hand over agreed with engineer (KU) or other responsible people.
Closely communicate with Powertrain engineers in Shanghai in a regular basis to ensure the launch status is up-to-date.
Manage suppliers to ensure the quality of the parts, the timing of delivery, and their necessary on-site supporting.
Communicate with Powertrain engineers and management team in Shanghai for any part, timing, or quality issue.
Ensure all build activities performed in the plant do not compromise current production quality.

VRT Variability Reduction Leader
Within the scope from plant incoming material (Internal indicators) to 3MIS (Months In Service) (External indicators):
To lead the Variability Reduction Team (VRT) in the daily operation.
Drive for quick ICA (Interim Containment Action) and PCA (Permanent Corrective Action) in order to secure both Product & Process.
Prioritize actions within the cross functional VRT.
Communicate with Powertrain engineers and management team in Shanghai for any part, timing, or quality issues.
To initiate kickoff meetings, on concerns escalated from the plant on quality issues.

Qualification:
Bachelor or Master degree of science.
At least 4-5 years’ experience in the functional area, Powertrain.
Project management or launch experience is preferred.
Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Analytical
Good in spoken and written English
Good communication skills
