工作职责：
1、 日常访客接待；
2、 接听客服专线电话，回答客户对公司开展业务及相关内容的咨询和提问；
3、 处理日常客户投诉问题，对客户提出的意见及建议进行反馈，并跟踪处理；
4、 对日常客户问题进行收集和分析，及时向上级领导汇报；
5、 客户信息资料库的维护与更新，寄送相关资料；
6、 配合销售部门的工作，提供后台支持；
7、 领导交办的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、30岁以下，为人正直，形象气质好，热情大方，具有亲和力；
2、大学本科及以上学历；
3、熟练使用办公软件、办公设备，具备良好的沟通能力，英文听说读写流利；
4、1年以上客服或售后工作经验，有奢侈品行业工作经验者优先；
5、工作谨慎细致，积极主动。

Job Description
Position：Customer Service
Responsibilities:
1. Daily customer reception.
2. Responsible for the service hotline, and reply to business related consultancies and inquiries.
3. Deal with daily customer complains, feedback promptly and solve the problem in time.
4. Sort out and analyses questions raised by customers, report to the manager in time.
5. Build up and maintain customer information database, and send out relative information to customers.
6. Provide support to sales department in daily work.
7. Finish other works assigned by manager.
Requirement：
1. The one for this position should be under 30 years old, with the qualification of honesty, affinity; has good appearance and professionalism.
2. Bachelor degree or above.
3. Familiar with office-software & office equipment, good communication skills and fluent in Oral English.
4. One year or above working experience in customer service or after-sales, those who had worked in luxury field are preferred. 5. Work carefully and proactively; Pay attention to details.
