Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in electronics or mechanical area.

- Minimum 5 years working experience in the field of quality and environmental management system within the foreign invested company.

- Must be well knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards, and possess the national qualified auditor. Knowledge in product certification such as UL, CSA, SIRA, FIRE, MA, CMC, CCC is plus. Knowledge in Quality Tools such as old and new 7 quality tools, SPC, 8D, FMEA, Gage R&R are an added advantage.

- Familiar with Calibration system operation and Document control of QMS.

- Be apt at problem identifying, COPQ concepts and solving in IQC, OQC and customer complaint.

- Demonstrates good ability in coordinating and team-working like deal with quality issues & report.

- Written & Oral English as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist Quality Manager in establishing and maintaining and improving the QMS and EMS.

- Optimize the quality and environmental process and procedures.

- Plan the internal audit on QMS and EMS within the company and implement it to make sure that QMS and EMS accord with ISO9001 and ISO14001, coordinate the external audit such as customer audit, 3th audit etc; support to product certification.

- Arrange for process and product audit, support IQC & OQC team to draft quality report.

- Deal with customer complaint timely, 8D report review for root cause analysis and permanent preventive actions, MRB disposal.

- Responsible for compiling quality review and sum COPQ; to conduct necessary training including on-job-training for the Quality inspectors and operators.

- Complete the other tasks and jobs which assigned by QA Manager.
