会计/出纳

岗位描述：
1、负责办理日常现金收、付和银行结算业务；

2、熟悉外币收付款业务及进口和出口报关单核销业务；

3、增值税发票的开具和网上验票处理；

4、负责日常员工的报销单整理并审核相关票据；

5、负责凭证编制及记帐业务；

6、配合财务主管处理岗位相关的事务工作。

任职资格：
1、会计、财务等相关专业大专及以上学历，有会计从业资格证书优先；
2、了解国家会计、税务法规，熟悉银行结算业务，有3年财务工作经验；
3、熟悉会计报表的处理和进销存业务；
4、善于处理流程性事务、良好的学习能力、独立工作能力；
5、工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、团队精神。

6、英语良好，口语流利。

Accounting Specialist

Job Description:

1. Monitor and review employee and office expenses for accuracy and completeness.

2 Be responsible for handling accounting-related issues with third-party accounting resource for accounting and tax expenses.

3 Be responsible for revenue, storage and project accounting work.

4 Regularly check the storage quantity, supervise the sales to get the projects payment in time.

5 Review, recommend and implement policies and procedures to improve workflow to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in the accounting function

6 Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.

7 Familiar with SAGE related software and tax return system.

8 Familiar with import and export relative work.

Job requirement:

1. Bachelor degree with major in Accounting or Finance.

2. 5 years above working experience in related jobs.

3. Knowledge of storage checking, finance, accounting and have the experience as store accounting specialist.

4. Familiar with SAGE related accounting software.

5. Strong ability in communication and coordination.

6. Have accounting certificate.

7. Be fluent in English.
