MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Executive assistance and administration
-Creating the conditions necessary for the most effective and efficient use of the Retail Managers time.
-To organize and secure the quality of administration liked to the work and co-ordination of activities for the Retail Managers.
-To make the Retail Managers aware of important issues that arise externally or internally which may influence IKEA's business development and/or our development as an employer in China.
-Specific projects and tasks assigned by the Retail Managers.
Contact point and analysis
-Acting as the first point of contact for external authorities, journalists and other external groups in relation to the Retail Managers.
-Work as an analyst to provide insightful information relating to the future business development in Retail China, together with the Market Intelligence team from Marketing.
-Communication within the IKEA organisation and IKEA Group in relation to the work of the Retail Managers.
