Main Responsibilities
?-Ensure that Personnel Administration processes are in line with global processes/directions, legal and taxation standards, country specific re-quirements and internal auditing requirements
?-Accurately maintain the master data of IKEA co-workers including all job changes, status changes, transfers, and other data changes in the SAP HR system
?-Take responsibility to deliver high-professional, accurate, timely, compliant and consistent services if needed supported by PA specialists
?-Produce corresponding documents according to service level agreements
?-Provide support to all employees and managers in all Personnel Adminis-tration related topics as first line of contact
?-Support selected activities during the implementation of new initiatives, programs, policies and services and the integration and transition of HR transactional processes from different IKEA countries into HR BSC
?-Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned

Education and experience:
-Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent field of study
-Around 1 year experience in high volume Personnel Administration envi-ronment
-Good knowledge of China Labor Laws, taxation, social insurance, etc.
-Passion for understanding and exceeding customer's expectations
-A clear understanding of and a passion for IKEA core values
