Job Assignment:

- Handling samples and perform testing in accordance with test instructions and laboratory quality Guidelines and procedures;

- Ensure proper receipt of samples, recording, labeling as efficient as possible;

- Improve related test methods and develop new test method according to the official standards under supervision;

- Maintain analytical instruments;

- Notify abnormalities in work;

- Overall housekeeping, sample bottles and containers cleanliness and disposal;

Job Requirement:

- Major in Chemistry or relevant background, college above;

- More than 2 year's lab testing experience focus on food contact testing;.

- Good knowledge in ISO 17025 requirement;

- Strong PC-skills, including MS Office and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System );

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

- Be quick learner of new technology and have great passion to learn;

- Self motivator, Customer focus, Team work spirit, Curious about new technologies and tools;

- Fluent in English, both written and oral.

The only Low Flow DC in Asia Pacific located in Shanghai Seaport Development Zone of Fengxian District has started operation since Dec.1,2008. With a registered investment over US$270 million, DC Fengxian, covering an area about forty thousand square metres, upon completion, Fengxian DC will be the largest of its kind in Asia Pacific and one of the largest foreign-funded warehouses in China.

Meanwhile, IKEA's only product test laboratory outside Sweden is also established in this location.
