Job Assignment:
- Implement client service daily activities according to operational procedures;
- Maintain and develop client service flow and procedures;
- Work with start-ups of new client and maintain client databases;
- Seek client feedback and respond to client requests and claims;
- Coordinate with corrective and preventative action handling towards clients;
- Be responsible for sample handling and inventory;
- Improve laboratory and quality activities continuously.

Job Requirement:
- College degree or above.
- 2 years relevant experience in textile testing industry is preferred;
- Good command in English, both written and oral;
- Strong PC-skills, including MS Office;
- Good interpersonal skill and strong communication skill;
- Be persuasive, determined and hard working.

The only Low Flow DC in Asia Pacific located in Shanghai Seaport Development Zone of Fengxian District has started operation since Dec.1,2008. With a registered investment over US$270 million, DC Fengxian, covering an area about forty thousand square metres, upon completion, Fengxian DC will be the largest of its kind in Asia Pacific and one of the largest foreign-funded warehouses in China.

Meanwhile, IKEA's only product test laboratory outside Sweden is also established in this location.
