JOB TITLE: Junior Accountant (Vendor Master Data Setup)

Introduction

VMD team's vision is to act as a bridge between global and China, to implement standard IKEA finance System, coordinate and well develop the financial concept, offer cost efficient invoice control service with high quality within IKEA entities.

Purpose of the Job

To set up vendor master data in CBD.

CBD system - Corporate Base Data (CBD) is the maintenance system for corporate information within IKEA and contains information about business units and Suppliers information etc.

ASSIGNMENT (main responsibilities):

·Register Suppliers information and ensure the accurate date maintenance in CBD system

·Register Supplier information in accounting payment CODA system for indirect material before CBD and CODA system interface

·Communicate with I-shop administrator and CBD global for the problem solving

·Prepare relevant reports to facilitate management to analyze transaction costs

·Continuous working routine set-up and improvement

·Ad-hoc projects involvement

COMPETENCE

Knowledge/Education

·Basic understanding of IKEA system

·Basic IKEA business knowledge

·Bachelor degree

·Good Excel skill

·Good communication skill

·Good oral and written English

·Good oral and written Japanese
