Job Summary
The BSC HR Shanghai is in an expansion phase and over time you will be responsible for supporting the integration and transition of HR transactional processes from other Asia Pacific countries into HR BSC Shanghai.
In a HRSS role, you are responsible for ensuring the systems smoothly working to support the services provided by BSC to the countries according to SLA. The systems will include payroll system, document transmission system, time keeping system, case handling systems and other systems linked or used by BSC. Your responsibility will include but not limit to: system interface maintenance and trouble-shooting; issue solving on daily basis; change management; reporting and user maintenance; etc.
You are expected to partner with other BSC team members to support HR BSC managers to deliver all required services defined in SLA. You are creating a working environment where the IKEA values are a living reality and where people are working in the spirit of togetherness.
Main Responsibilities
*Answer/solve systems related questions for PA /PY /Ask BSC team to support their daily work
*Assure the quality of automated and semi-manual data transfers interface between SAP and other systems; ensure all error log get timely solved
*Responsible for local change request management for all countries served by the BSC, incl. collect requirements, raise CR to vendor, follow up approval of CR, perform thorough testing, and ensure final smooth migration to system
*Perform local issue management for all countries served by the BSC, incl. define and classification of issues, raise the issue timely and coordination of issue solving with vendors, ensure final solution solved the problem.
*Ensure that authorizations for HR-Systems are maintained according to global guidelines for all users in the BSC and all countries served by BSC (incl. managing of new/change/lock/unlock/delete user accounts and audit management)
*Ensure the provision of common local and global reports and non standard reports according to HR Service Menu
*Take responsibility for creation, update or adjustment of all HR-Systems related manuals and guidelines aligned with current BSC processes
*Implement new HR-Systems or system functionalities in the BSC. following global or local country requirements
Key competencies:
*Good knowledge of system support incl. change request management, issue management and test management, SAP knowledge will be a plus
*HR process knowledge esp. share service or payroll service will be a plus
*Good understanding for a high standard of service with the customer in focus
*Profound communication skills with different target groups
*Flexibility and ability to work in a fast changing environment
*Very good English language skills (oral and written)
*Japanese language skill is a plus
Education and experience:
*University degree in computer science or a related discipline with an information technology focus
*Min. 2-3 years proven working experience in IT or HR environment
*Experience in an HR Shared Service environment is a plus
*Passion for understanding and exceeding customer's expectations
*Very good analytical and problem solving abilities;
*A clear understanding of and a passion for IKEA core values.
