职位描述

Position: Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities:

· Sales

o Sell the product and brand consulting services to the potential and existing clients including product strategy, market research, product conceptualization, product design, mechanical engineering, product launch plan and implementation, brand strategy, brand design and brand promotion.

o Sell the derivative products such as research reports to the potential and existing clients.

o Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas.


· Sales process

o Cold call

o Client visit

o Client follow up

o Proposal writing

o Proposal follow up

o Final negotiation

o Project kick-off meeting


· Marketing and selling strategy

o Attend tradeshows, industry seminars/events to build network and sales leads.

o Conduct ongoing target customer and target industry research.

o Conduct ongoing competitive research.

o Prepare and tailor the profile and case study presentation to meet different client’s requirements.

o Contribute to the marketing and selling strategy formulation and adjustment.

o Ongoing study and knowledge update on the branding, product marketing, product design and manufacturing.


· Client management

o Support the project manager on client communication during the project

o Support on critical review meetings

o Client mood management and client satisfaction measurement

o Resolve issues during the project


· Cross team communication

o Organize the sales call preparation meetings with the technical teams

o Lead the profile/case study presentation effort

o Lead the internal proposal preparation process

o Exchange industry information with the technical team


· Contribution to Speck’s long term growth

o Generate new initiative for Speck’s long-term growth.

o Invent new business opportunity for Speck


Requirements:

· Must have at least 7 year experience in sales.

· Must have solid experience selling B2B product/service.

· Must have proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas.

· Must be strong on strategic and analytical thinking.

· Must have excellent communication skills and people skills.

· Must have excellent presentation skills.

· Must have strong market research skills and knowledge.

· Must be strong on business development and networking.

· Must have solid experience selling to the executive teams with strong influencing skills.

· Must have profound understanding on selling consulting services.

· Must be a self-starter with positive energy and burning desire for success.

· Previous sales experience in the consulting industry, advertisement industry, branding industry, promotion industry and professional training industry is desired.

· This is a high performance, high reward position. Top rated talent is desired. This position will move up to sales manager if the performance meets/exceeds the expectation.

- 电话销售

- 拜访客户及客户关系维护

- 销售提案撰写及跟踪

- 销售谈判

- 参与和组织项目启动会议

  • 市场及销售战略

- 参与各类展会及行业研讨会,建立销售渠道及网络

- 执行持续的目标行业及客户的调研

- 执行持续的竞争对手的调研

- 满足不同客户的要求,组织及更新销售案例

- 规划及调整业务及销售策略

- 持续更新品牌策略,产品设计及制造范畴的知识

  • 客户管理

- 支持项目管理经理在具体项目中与客户的沟通

- 支持重要的销售回顾会议

- 客户情绪管理及满意度管理

- 解决项目中出现的突发问题

  • 跨团队沟通及协调

- 组织与技术团队的销售前准备会议

- 组织公司概况及案例演示会议

- 组织内部销售提案流程

- 定期与技术团队交流商业资讯

  • 对本公司长期发展的贡献

- 发起有利于公司长期发展的提议

- 为公司创造新的商业机会


职位要求:

  • 必需有7年及以上的相关销售经验
  • 必需有扎实的B2B产品及服务销售经验
  • 必需有可追踪的持续的完成或超额完成销售任务的记录
  • 必需有很强的战略性思维及计划能力
  • 必需有卓越的沟通及人际关系处理技能
  • 必需有卓越的演说技巧
