Role description

The position requires a creative hospitality design leader within the industry and the company. He/she is responsible for efficiently leading presenting projects to ensure they meet the design excellence requirements of HASSELL.


Requirements, e.g. skills and experience

Manage large scale projects

Must have "some" of the following



1 Leadership skills - is responsible for success of their team and a support to other associates.

2 Responsible for training and encouraging other levels of staff

3 Client liaison

4 Ability to present

5 Ability to inspire a team

6 Review of all stages of a project prom beginning to end

7 Responsible for billing and controlling clients (when possible)

8 Sharing knowledge and supporting other associates where their skills may be lacking

9 Design Skills/ Creative thinker

10 Can resolve design issues from concept to construction

11with between 8-10years of professional design experience
