We are looking for an Associate Interior Designer - Hospitality to join our
team in Shanghai. The position requires a creative design/project leader with
relevant experience and skills. They will be responsible for efficiently leading
the design process, presenting projects and guiding a support team to ensure the
project outcome meets the design excellence requirements of HASSELL.

Key skills and experience

_A qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
_8 - 10 years
experience, primarily in hospitality
_Experience working on large scale
retail malls and public spaces both in China and internationally
_Creative
design talent and commitment to development of a strong design culture
_Has
completed a project where a significant design input was recognised
_Strong
skills and understanding of commercial and financial components of major
developments
_Ability to set clear standards and expectations and ensure
their delivery
_Ability to exercise effective judgement within constrained
time-scales and resources in the light of competing pressures
_Multiple
sector experience also considered
_Experience in Mainland China an
advantage
_English language plus Mandarin skills preferred
