1.计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，研究生毕业者优先考虑；
2.有项目开发经验者优先:对于设计模式有丰富经验或者大型项目实施经验者优先考虑；
3.精通 C#.Net，ASP.Net编程；熟悉大型SQL Server数据库和Oracle数据；
4.有一定的系统设计能力、良好的编码和撰写文档的习惯；
5.良好的合作精神，强烈的责任心、较强的学习能力。
工作岗位：
负责大型项目的开发和研发团队的产品开发
在Team中担当主要的开发任务
视具体工作情况将可短期调动安排级别更高的工作岗位
Job Description：
Developing engineers will set focus on public sector large IT system development; e.g. billing system, new connection system, multi-layer architecture system or management systems/productions. Developing engineers will take different roles in different projects include product feature designer, infrastructure designer, project responsibility, project implementation owner. Every engineer will have the opportunity handle different project, touch different industry customers and share project management experience during the project lifecycle.
Position requirement:
1. Graduated in Computer Science or related, postgraduate will be well considered;
2. Prefer to those who has IT project developing experience particular to those who has rich experience on large developing projects;
3. Master C#, .net, Asp.net programming and SQL/Oracle database;
4. Have the ability to design system architecture, experience coding skill and documentation skill.
5. Team work and take responsibility for big challenges, self-learning ability.

1. As software developer/consult for large solution or production development.
2. Take key role in project team.
3. Excellent candidates will be considered for a high level job in a short-term.
