简述：
本职位需要一名在网络应用/数据库方面有经验的项目经理，管理工程师团队进行开发工作。该职位需要对软件产品的商业化有一定经验和兴趣。理解团队开发技术，有能力与客户沟通并根据需求制定开发计划，可以保证开发日程和产品质量。
主要职责：
1． 参与设计基于RFID和二维码的物流跟踪系统。
2． 制定产品开发计划,管理开发团队进度。
3． 和硬件开发团队，客户以及任何有需求的部门沟通。
4． 总结、整理开发过程中的文档资料。
5. 确保开发计划的完成和质量。
必要条件：
1． 至少3年的web/database开发经验，包括在大学期间的项目经验。
2． 至少2年的软件开发项目管理经验。
3． 熟悉以下大部分技术，
a. Java或者C#的网络开发技术
b. SQL，模型工具（UML，OAW）
c. 开发工具，Eclipse, Subversion, Ant, JProfiler, Load-Test-Tools, Toad, JUnit, JavaDoc. Visual studio 2008, delphi。
4． 熟练的英语阅读。
5． 工作踏实勤奋、主观能动性强，有动力按时完成工作并追求高质量产品。
6． 愿意为项目需要出差。
加分条件：
1． 微电子类专业。
2． 有RFID和二维码开发经验。
3． 有创业经验。
Position: Project Manager – Software
JOB PURPOSE
You are an experienced web / database Manager who are willing to play a leadership role in the management and expansion of your group. You are interested in a business that understands software development as team orientated process from the requirement to the system test. You value the high-class realisation of server-side applications from data base to business logic. System stability as well as monitoring ability of your applications is a matter of course.
MAJOR DUTIES
1. To design projects in software applications for electronics logistics systems, including RFID and barcode solutions.
2. To play an important role in planning technology routes.
3. To work closely with R&D group and customers, as well as visiting government agencies in all aspects relating to product development.
4. Summarize, organize the document in the product development.
5. Carry out routine administrative tasks to ensure project/s are completed on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
1. At least 3 years of work experience as web / database developer or you are a graduate who already had intensive practical experience with coding Technology during your studies.
2. At least 2 years of management experience of Software Development.
3. You are familiar with most of following techniques:
Java Or C#
Application Server and Servlet Container (WebLogic, Tomcat)
Java Frameworks (OSGi)
Java Persistence Technologies (EJB, JDO, Hibernate)
C# Technologies
Database
Relational Databases (Oracle, PL/SQL)
Modelling Techniques and Model Driven Architecture Concepts (UML, OAW)
Development Environment and Tools
Eclipse, Subversion, Ant, JProfiler, Load-Test-Tools, Toad, JUnit, JavaDoc.
Visual studio 2008,delphi
4. Ability to understand complex information clearly in reading English.
5. Hard-working, self-starting personality with a strong drive to complete project/s on time and to deliver the promised outcomes.
6. Willingness to travel.
DESIREABLE CRITERIA
1. A degree of EE.
2. Experiences in RFID and 2D-bacode project/s.
3. Entrepreneurship experience.
