JOB PURPOSE:
· Manage and drive the regional Business Intelligence function (involving all Customer Units, Business Support Functions and Common Core)
· Contributing to Global Intelligence and acting as co-ordinator between our region and Global Intelligence at Business Units and Group Function
· Responsible for Huawei Business Intelligence (as Global vendor champion)
· Provide intelligence that can support our regional sales teams in winning business in the coming 24 months (e.g key deals in the sales funnel).
· Outlining Business Intelligence insights into strategic areas – supporting regional decision making
· Contribute to the regional Strategy & Growth Planning, including specific focus on Mainland China Strategy
· Main deliverables include:
· Product & Performance Benchmarks
· Commercial Intelligence, including Outlining ‘How-to-beat argumentation’
· Financial & Organizational Analysis of main competitors
· Capability Mapping of Main competitors

Qualifications & Requirements REQUIREMENTS
Education
· University degree in Science, Economics or Business Administation
· An additional MBA is highly appreciated
Experience
· Min 5 years experience in Solutions management and/or business planning and/or sales and/or Commercial Support
Competence
Professional/ Technical Competence
· Highly developed knowledge of sales and marketing process, product management, business planning and profitability
· Highly developed knowledge of the Telcommunication Industry in general
· Highly developed understanding of the Information & Telecommunications Industry in Asia
· Good understanding of Telecommunications Technology
Business & Competence
· Excellent analytical skills and commercial thinking
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Self-motivated, resourceful and results-oriented
Human Competence
· Highly Developed Leadership skills, specifically in Change Management, Competence Development and Relationship builder
· Highly development Communication knowledge and skills, including presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
