Job Title:

Environment and reliability Verification Engineer

Description:

The environmental verification unit within Access Networks R&D center in Beijing is responsible for Ericsson RBS HW environmental verification including climate, mechanical, power/PLD, power consumption, acoustic, Robustness and Reliability verification. Products scope covers RBS2000/3000 and 6000 for GSM, CDMA, WCDMA and LTE.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure a high product QUALITY is your main responsibility

· Design effective reliability test case and execute test

· Analyze test result and generate test report

· Predict product lifetime and modify the evaluation model based on product data

· Regularly analyze customer site product problems and make proposal to change test cases/method, process or Way of Working.

· Design new test cases to find product problems based on feedback of products problem in field

· Work closely with other R&D departments in Sweden and Canada

· Customer on-site support

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Master degree or above of first level University major in telecommunication, electronic, computer, environment, material and so on

· Fluent in English speaking

· High Energy levels, positive as a person with a can do mentality with high drive ability to get things done

· Energize others by spreading a positive energy

· Edge you can take tough yes/no decision and implement them

· Passion for technology and test work and also care colleagues

· High Execution/Delivery ability, deliver on time and commitments and constantly work on efficiency improvements

· Integrity and Presentation, state things as how it is Clearly and with structure

· Perseverance, dig into the detail of every problem and never give up

· Experience in Reliability verification area

· Good cooperation with others

· Work alone some times

Prefer:

· Reliability and product lifetime evaluation experience

· HW Design and/or Verification Experience

· Knowledge in wireless communication system

· Basic radio knowledge

· Familiar with Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter

· Product Environment requirement knowledge
