Ericsson China Access Network R&D Center is looking for Senior Digital Hardware System Engineer for radio base station development.

Responsibilities

You will response for radio base station digital module development includes:
·Requirement analysis and feature break down
·Architecture design including risk analysis and feasibility study.
·Responsibility for whole development life cycle technical issues and solutions.
·Use latest technology to improve product performance and/or reduce product cost.
·Determine test strategy to have enough test coverage to ensure quality, and less duplicated coverage to save cost and TTM.
·Author system document.
·Chair technical meetings and present to project meetings.
·Control design and product release and ensure quality.
Qualifications
·Master Degree or equivalent in Wireless, Communication, Electronics, or Computer
·3 + years’ experience in digital product hardware development
·Solid knowledge in RAN system, aggregation network and communication standards
·Good written and spoken English
·Good communication skills and social abilities
Preferred Experience on
·Volume radio base station product development including baseband
·Latest hardware technology such as processor, NP, FPGA, framer, switches, etc.
·RBS Transmitter architecture and implementation
·Understanding of lower level software, and how hardware and software integration work.
