Job summary
Summary of essential job functions
1. Receives Requests for Quotes from customer and prepares/estimates quotes to be sent to
the customer
2. Prepare order acknowledgement and send to customer
3. Sends purchase order to vendor per material planning requirement
4. Provide quality service to each customer
5. Maintains and establishes good relationships with customers and vendors
6. Be responsible for material planning based on forecast from sales
7. Be responsible for working on ERP system for consignment order transaction and other related work
Abilities required
1) Strong computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Windows XP, etc)
2) Strong analytical skills
3) Detail oriented
4) Organized
5) Good typing skills
6) Excellent written and spoken English
7) Excellent communication skills
8) Responsible with the ability to work independently
9) Willing to learn, go getter
10) Ability to take direction and pay attention to details, with long term goal of assuming complete responsibility on the assigned tasks.
11) Degree from a 4 year college or university
12) Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
13) ERP system working experience is preferred
14) Previous aerospace industrial working experience is preferred
