Title: QA coordinator
Report to: QA Manager
Location: Shanghai


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

1. Responsible for Inspection arrangement, including input and update master list, receive inspection booking from supplier, assign to service provide, receive quotation and confirm etc.
负责安排检测，包括输入和更新物流汇总清单，接受供应商的验货预定信息，转发给相关的第三放验货行，并确认相关信息。


2. Responsible for Inspection result handling, including received inspection finding notice or reject notice forward to relevant engineer, feedback to service provide, failed inspection rearrangement etc.
负责检测结果的处理，包括接收验货结果通知单或将拒绝通知单转发各相关工程师，给服务提供商回音，未通过检测的重新安排等。

3. Responsible for prepare inspection certificate, including receive documents from logistics and forward to relevant engineer, get certificate with documents return to logistics etc.
负责检测标准的准备，包括接受物流服务商的文件并转发给相关工程师，获得文件证书后还给物流供应商等。


4. Responsible for QA department administrative support, including documents filing, data statistics, monthly service invoice check and payment preparation, other report need by supervisor etc..
负责质量控制部门的行政管理支持，包括文件存档，书据统计，月度服务发票确认和付款准备，主管所需要的其他报告


POSITION REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

- Bachelor degree or above with the background of Statistic and Analysis will be an advantage
- Over 3 years inspection and quality assurance working experience.
- Good knowledge of the DIY product, European standards, directives and policies.
- Excellent communication skill, good understanding and skillful in EXCEL.
- Could afford working pressure, good team player.
- Good command of English
- Good at MS office and ERP skill.
