工作职责：
1. 高质量地完成软件、印前系统安装、调试工作
2. 软件、印前系统的客户培训
3. 及时解决软件及印前系统出现的问题
4. 提供另客户完全满意的服务，并就印前系统，向客户提出专业咨询意见

职位要求：
1. 4～5年以上相关工作经验，具备应用软件服务工作经验者优先
2. 了解印前/印刷相关工艺流程
3. 熟悉印前相关软件（Adobe,Quark）及Mac系统
4. 良好的英语表达能力，包括：听，说，读，写
5. 适应频繁出差
6. 一切以客户为中心，热忱为客户服务。与客户能够建立紧密的，良好的关系

学历要求:
? 大专以上学历，主修印刷技术，计算器科学

Job Scope:
1. Software and prepress system installation, training & troubleshooting
2. Provide pre-press consultancy advice to customers
3. Solve the problem of software and pre-press in time
4. Analytical and logical approach to problem solving


Job Requirements:
1. At least 4-5 years of experience in a field service environment
2. Good knowledge of pre-press/printing/graphic arts environment
3. Good knowledge of industry standard software (Adobe, Quark) & Mac & IT oriented
4. Languages: Mandarin, English
5. Willing to travel within Greater China at short notice
6. Customer focused and Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.


Education required:
College graduate in Printing Technology or Computer Science

Esko was the result of a merger between Barco Graphics and Purup Eskofot in 2002. The merged company was called Esko-Graphics but was renamed Esko in 2006. In August 2007 Esko announced that it was 'combining operations' with Artwork Systems Group *** (AWS), its chief competitor in the packaging pre-press market. Esko initially bought 76.69% of AWS shares for
