职位描述
Responsibilities/Authorities / Main accountabilities:
Functional Tasks
? Handle escalated queries and issues from client internal customers.
? Ensure that service levels and targets are met and service is delivered to customers in accordance to defined Service Level Agreements.
? Liaise with necessary parties to facilitate issue closure in a timely manner.
? Ensure that the Customer Contact Model is administered and works smoothly to maximize customer satisfaction.
? Conducts improvement actions to address key concerns to improve Customer Satisfaction.
? Develop, build and maintain relationships with all customers serviced by Sunflower project.
Project Execution
? Support the knowledge transfer when necessary.
? Provide service performance report by monthly basis.
Service Management and Continuous Improvement:
? Deliver within agreed service levels defined in the Service Level Agreement.
? Assist in implementing operational continuous improvement, service efficiency initiatives, and query handling improvement to better serve business needs.
? Help with regular reviews and analysis of frequent queries and suggest preventative action.
