Responsibilities:
? Process & Industrialization study/assessment on new products
? Project leader of industrialization project team in Shanghai, including quality, process, purchasing/logistics, industrial, tool, etc.
? owner of assigned projects industrialization(from planning, sample run schedule/yield/quality/delivery, milestone meetings, etc. until release to MP) and assure a smooth ramp-up
? owner of Shanghai action lists (driving for production capability, yield improvements, customer complaints, etc.)
? Receiver of all products' documents in Shanghai plant
? channel to give factory input back to development team
? Buildup & control product BOM and routing for good quality manufacturing. Evaluate and implement engineering changes before MP
? report on a weekly bases project status to management team
? Report and monitor performance of sample/pilot build
? project leader of transferring products to Shanghai plant
? act as gate keeper for assigned projects, follow PP sign off base on procedure.
? Support for VE project introduce base on plant objection.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor or above degree with engineering background
-Knowledge of MS Office and ERP system
-Ability to fast learning (product & Technology knowledge, company system, etc.)
-Knowledge of risk assessments
-Manufatoring Base concept, and knowledge of product/process control
-Project management skills
-Leadership and management skills
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Ownership for the assigned projects
-Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
-at least more than 2 years of project management experience.

? Product Manager / QAE/ Planner/ Production officer/ tools engineer/Vendor Quality Engineer/ Process engineer/sourcing team/ Finance team, etc;
? Peers are Engineers from UTC global, as Netherlands, USA, Spain, China Corperate and Australia;
? Engineers or team in Sh plant;
