Job Responsibilities
· With in-depth knowledge and insight on regional business expansion and marketing strategies & tactics, develop area sales strategies and plans.
· By analyzing and developing both vertical and territory sales targets, optimizing the current partner network, maximize the sales revenue and ensure the short-term and long-term business growth foundation reliable and promising.
· Oversee all regional sales operation, coach sales team and partner to increase profitable business, monitoring SBR procedure and reality, well utilize various resources internally and externally.
· Establish strategic relationship with bank headquarters, work with partners to renew the qualification to be yearly selected vendor, bring in more opportunity through winning single bidding program and serving more financial organizations.
· Manage global account (Wal-Mart), negotiate annual purchasing and service agreement, take leadership to gather company's effort to fulfill contractual obligation.
· Throughout the country sell company's consumable, service product including spare parts and repairing, pick up out-of-warranty repairing service, enrich the service portfolio and increase the attach-rate.
· Lead sales team, follow Company's sales policy, assign sales quota to sales individuals and provide the daily support especially to new hires, keep people motivated and conduct performance review monthly and quarterly.
· Being an owner to plan regional marketing activity, work with marketing team to manage the ROI, design the promotional incentive programs to facilitate new product/seasonal selling.
· Budget and control daily operation expense
Job Qualifications
· Above 33 years old
· Degree in business administration and/or related fields
· Strong sales leadership and hands-on
· Strong track-record with IT solutions selling to banking and financial services industry and prior experience in the AIDC industry is highly preferred
· Strong sense of business ethics, integrity and must have a clean criminal record
· Ability to deal with personnel all levels effectively
· Proven problem solving / analytical skills
· Great English skills are desired but not mandatory
· Native Chinese speakers with Southern China regional exposure is a must
· Willing to have frequent travel.
