我们的客户就一家美资的化工公司，在中国发展迅速，总投资已超过15亿美元。截至目前，公司分别在北京、广州、深圳、成都、香港和台北设有6个办事处，并在张家港和上海建有2个主要生产基地和1个商务技术中心，为全国各地的客户提供各种产品和服务，并将全球领先的有机硅产品、服务以及生产技术逐步带入中国。

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve equipments problems, and minimize failure.
• Cooperate with other team engineers to complete spare parts inventory of equipment.
• Responsible for checking operation procedure of rotating equipment. And also record information to provide baseline status of equipment.
• Suggest and implement every item of modification and renewal to minimize equipment downtime, increase efficiency and safety of every plant.
• Support training coordinator in providing solutions for maintenance supervision and technicians learning and development
• Support document management team to Develop and maintain engineering website and library.
• Understand chemical processes.
• Develop and maintain programs to ensure high OLT is achieved.
• Spares / material usage analysis
• Provide suggestion in maintenance procedure of equipment.
• Provide suggestion in operation procedure (including pre-commissioning, commissioning and operation stages) of equipment. And also record information to provide baseline status of equipment.
• Suggest and support continuous improvement in the PCR procedure and practices for engineering mechanical plant & equipment modifications
• Provide technical support for maintenance engineers and other discipline engineers, and resolve every comprehensive problem of equipment.
• Be involved in analysis and investigation of equipment failure and accidents, accident treatment, lesson learn, provide basis for improving management level and equipment operation stability.
• SAP use for equipment analysis & cost reporting.

Requirement:

• 10 years equipment maintenance experience
• Familiar with chemical industry equipments and understand chemical processes.
• SAP user
• Good communication skill both in English and Chinese
