Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Receivable check, coding, booking, follow-up according to IICG finance and accounting manual and rules.
根据公司财务规范，负责原始单据的审核与相关会计科目的处理。
- Responsible for supervising and developing processes for the accounts receivable functions, work closely with concerned function team to manage AR – reduce overdue AR, improve the billing to cash process.
不断完善应收账款流程，协助相关部门管理应收账款，减少呆账，加快账款回收。
Specialist responsibilities:
- Check billing system and finance system to recognize the related revenue, and make sure of the account accuracy.
保证账单系统与财务系统之间的数据正确、完整、一致。
- Responsible for process of payment notices, reconciles account balances to make sure of accurate records.
负责账单的打印与发放，保证账单与相关会计数据的正确与一致。
- Prepare invoices coding and booking according to IICG finance and accounting manual and local accounting GAAP.
根据相关会计法规与公司会计制度，对相关发票进行账务处理。
- Assisting GL and reporting team on period end close.
协助总帐完成每月的结账工作。
- Follow up with outstanding invoice and billing.
跟进到期账款的催收。
- Continuously work on improving efficiency.
不断完善工作流程，提高效率。
- Make sure the standard working routine, system manual and procedure are well carried out.
严格执行标准工作流程，确保日常工作与系统的规范化。
- Any other tasks/projects as assigned by team leader.
完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
Qualifications
Knowledge& Background:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or relevant majors.
本科及以上学历，财会及相关专业
- Basic accounting knowledge
扎实的会计专业知识
- Relevant Accounts Receivable working experience more than two years will be a plus.
两年以上相关应收账款会计工作经验者优先考虑
- Related experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
有商业地产工作经验者优先考虑
Skills & Abilities:
- Good computer skill especially in Excel.
熟练的计算机技能，尤其能熟练运用Excel
- Good English skill is preferred.
英文良好者优先考虑
- Work carefully and seriously and high sense of responsibility.
