主要职责:
Main responsibility:

同设计院合作，开发和拓展公司产品的应用。
Working with designing institutes, develop applications for company’s products.
同经销商及其他客户建立和维系持久的合作伙伴关系，销售公司的相关产品，提供售后服务。并保持密切的互动关系。
Build and maintain long term relationship with distributors and customers, sell company products, provide after sales service, and keep close communications.
在新地区及新行业开发新客户。
Develop new customers in new areas and new market segments
向公司提供所负责市场的销售预测，市场需求，竞争对手动态等信息，帮助公司做出相关决策。
Provide forecast, market trends, market needs, competitors’ activities, and all market related information for management reference.
管理和协调经销商的工作，完成公司销售计划的实施
Accomplish company’s sales and market plan via managing distributors.
相应的报告及记录工作
Report and record all activities
由上级主管指定的其他工作。
Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

知识，技能及能力要求：
Requirement of knowledge and capabilities:
诚实守信，具有良好的职业道德
High Integrity and professional ethics
对塑料管道系统及应用有相应的了解
Knowing plastic piping systems and applications
3年以上工业领域，管道、阀门、泵的销售经验及一定的客户关系
3 years related experiences in industrial piping system, valves, pumps and have related customer connections
高度的自我激励，自我管理能力
Highly self-motivated, and self-managed
良好的工作适应性，具有不断地自我学习及提高的能力
Good job adaptability, continuous learning and self-improvement熟练使用办公软件，英语良好者优先
Good at MS-Office, fluent English is preferred
