职位描述

Position Summary:


  • The primary role of this position is to provide a day-to-day secretarial and administration supports to the national sales head, China, ensure the maximum assistant and secretarial duties are provided in an efficient and confidential manner

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant:

· Support sales head’s daily activities, meeting arrangements and appointments

· Support on head’s day to day operations, i.e. organize business meeting minutes, emails, letters, newsletter preparation, data processing, archiving etc.

· Ensure actively working together with all business partners to ensure business operation smoothly

· Assist head on special project management

· Operation & administrative management

· Travel & activities coordination – Flights booking, travel itinerary arrangement, hotel accommodations, airport pick up, visitors’ reception etc.

· Interact with all levels and functions in company operations

· Performs other assigned tasks not specifically mentioned in the job description


Office Admin:

· Maintaining every detail of BJ office running in regards of office administration and facility management

·

· Supporting each department in BJ to make sure they can carry out events and programs well

· Responsible for trip arrangement for all the BJ staff both air ticket and hotel booking

· Selecting vendors and extending the contracts for the best service quality in the most cost effective way

· Contact with hotels to get a reasonable cooperate price(Depends on which city our colleague’s going to)

· Maintaining office supply, such as stationery, food, water, etc.

· Warehouse Management assisting with Marketing and Sales team

· Booking air, hotel and transfer for international guests or visitors

· Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications & Experiences Required:

· Bachelor degree or above, optimal major in English/Business Managements/Archives Management or other relevant

· At least 2 yrs working experience served for international company

· Fluently speaking and written in both English and Mandarin

· Excellent with Microsoft technology environment

· Interpersonal skills, presentation and strong organizational skills

· Diligent modestly, steadfast and competent

· Self-motivated and service-oriented

· Ability to work as part of a team

· High degree of integrity and reliability; ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines
