Job title: Reception

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Give warm and professional greetings for the visitors.
2. Transfer the call to the right person
3. In charge of scanning, printing, faxing documents of company
4. Tearing down the package and send out to the right person.
5. Make record of express daily and pay timely.
6. Purchasing office stationery and business card for whole company
7. Hotel and flight reservation
8. Take responsibility to solve urgent or emergency case happen within work scope.
9.Complete other mission assigned by supervisor


Minimum qualifications and requirements are:

1. College Graduated
2. Over 1 years related working experience
3.Good office & Reception etiquette and business archive skills
4. Basic Oral English
5.Work under pressure
6.Team-player and customer-oriented
