Key Responsibility




- The position is to develop and deliver the technical training courses for New Energy Vehicles so that we can ensure the best after sales service quality in terms of technical operation in ZINORO and New Energy Vehicle dealers
- Responsible for technical training development for ZINORO project
- In charge of technical training delivery of ZINORO courses
-Cooperation with ZINORO department and after sales department to collect training needs, technical issues and continually update the technical training course to ensure dealer service quality
- Keep close contact with ZINORO dealers and monitor their training needs, ensure their technicians working according to training contents
- Coordinate inside training academy for ZINORO sales/marketing and Aftersales as an interface
- Regular BMW technical training delivery
- New model BMW technical training delivery (focus on NEV models)
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.









Qualification




- Bachelor and above degree with major in Vechical Engineer, mechanical engineering or/and equivalent.
- Automobile technical knowledge
- Proficient English in speaking and write
- Competency of project management
- After sales technical working experience
- Technical training experience
