Job Objectives:

Main Responsibilities:

1.Technical service by TSR implementation
- To follow TSR process and carry out qualified result on time
- To update information by monthly report and seek for feedback
- To provide technical support to customers on technical related issues and assist to support to define customer needs: make project based technical sales contacts/calls, research cutomer needs and develop application of product and services accordingly. Evaluate product and service marketability in terms of customers' technical and manufacturing needs.
- To assist to support product launch: develop/adapt formulations and sales tools (e.g. demonstration articles) to ensure successful introduction of the defined products. Participate as part of product launch team.
- To support local production in product application related issues. Support technical retesting of expiring stock in order to decide upon possible shelf life extension.
2. To maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical development that effect target markets.
3. To assist to support product launch: develop/adapt formulations and sales tools (e.g. demonstration articles) to ensure successful introduction of the defined products. Participate as part of product launch team.
4. Ti support local production in product application related issues. Support technical retesting of expiring stock in order to decide upon possible shelf life extension.
5. To organize and support technical training internally and externally.
6. To net work with other TS teams regionally and globally.
7. To support efficient and effective utilization of laboratory assets and resources: Planning of efficient test- and lab-programs, efficient use of lab materials. Preparations of efficient visit programs in order to minimize specific travelling costs.
8. People management: Target and main task set up and timely performance review. Ensure qualification and motivation of people in respective team through performance management and training.
9. To be involved in active implementation of EH & S requirements, 5S and quality certifications, e.g. ISO standards.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Over 8 years' related work experience.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Computer skills, English skills, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
4. Competencies required: Striving for achievement, Customer Focus, Coomunication & Interpersonal Understanding, etc.
