General Manager Assistant
Chapin House Design is a young, but fast growing Furniture Sales, sourcing and Interior Design company. We have a 2,000 sqm warehouse in Pudong where the company is located. We sell and rent furniture to foreign individuals and large corporations. We need 2-4 people to help with this growing business.
The company is run by Americans so your English skills will be used every day.
We need 2 General Manager assistants to help with coordination of activities such as:
1) Working with Chinese suppliers to purchase goods, arrange payment and delivery of the products.
2) Help with delivery coordination of the sold items to our customers.
3) General business duties and errands. Such as help with printing services, translation, customer service, etc.
4) Occasional interaction with Logistics companies helping organize containers to our warehouse and containers to America.
We need a person that has an open mind about accepting other duties as needed. We are a small company and as we grow we need staff that can grow with us.
