1.必须具备开发大客户资源和拓展业务渠道能力，做到最短时间内体现绩效；

2.体现绩效者给予高薪高提成回报（提成标准：产品利润的6-10%）；

3.三个月内如无业绩体现，公司将视作职能无殊而放弃留任；

4.三个月后无业绩者，期内薪资按本市最低工资标准1450元/月核发并自动离职。
