职位描述
岗位职责：
设计测试方案、测试用例；
实施软件测试，记录并协助定位缺陷，跟踪缺陷并完成回归；
总结测试过程，编写测试报告；
负责产品性能测试脚本编码，性能测试场景设计，执行性能测试；
收集和分析性能测试结果，提交性能测试问题；
研究性能测试方法和工具，不断完善性能测试框架，提出公司内性能测试工具和方法改进建议。
任职要求：
计算机等相关专业，本科/专科学历，至少2年软件行业测试工作经验；
熟练掌握软件测试的过程及方法，熟练应用MS Office等日常办公工具，有测试方案、测试用例编写经验；
有简单的Java编程或脚本编写能力;
有ORACLE、SQLServer数据库经验，熟悉SQL语句的编写；
对主流操作系统有一定认识和了解；
对主流的性能测试工具有一定认识，能够熟练使用loadrunner、QTP、Jmeter或者其他压力测试工具开展性能测试；
良好的解决问题能力、语言表达能力和综合协调能力；
工作认真细致、积极主动，学习能力强，善于思考和总结，责任心强；
身体健康，性格良好，具有良好的职业素养及团队合作意识，可以很好地处理人际关系。
