Job description:
- Implement recruiting process and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activity.
- Maintain and develop suitable recruitment channels for the North region.
- Resume screening and candidate evaluation for open positions.
- Responsible for offer and compensation proposal.
- Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts.
- Analyze recruitment channel effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Compilation of HR recruitment statistics.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment role, experience in retail business is desirable
- Must have experience with a multi-national organization; experience with Russian organizations is desirable
- Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or acceptable equivalent; advanced degree is a plus
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent communications skills in English & Chinese, including written, verbal and presentation
- Self-motivated and team-work spirit
- Travel frequently in North China
