1.作用:
负责相应部门VCMS体系的推动与实施
积极地协助班组达到自主管理的发展阶段（蓝领班组和白领团队）
1.Purpose
Support implementation of VCMS within corresponding departments.
Actively support the teams to achieve their AM development (both BC/WC)

2.工作职责：
支持相应部门/车间的VCMS 主计划的同步推动
协助，监管并汇报VCMS目标的执行情况；并与相应部门/车间保持统一进度
在相应部门/车间组织召开VCMS 相关会议
总结并汇报相应部门/车间的异常，支持辅导主管和班组长进行改正方案
积极参与班组的自审,改善团队的活动，帮助班组通过团队发展每个阶段的审核
汲取车间的改善提议，并反馈给OD团队
支持并创建本地的VCMS标准
在相应部门/车间负责培训和协调VCMS 相关的课程
协调并推行VCMS标准的变化或更新
在相应车间/部门协助发展并提高VCMS协调员的能力
2. Main Tasks
Support synchronizing VCMS master plan in corresponding departments
Contribute, supervise and report out VCMS operational objectives and compliance of corresponding departments
Lead VCMS meeting in corresponding departments
Summarize and report out deviations of corresponding departments, support and coach TL’s and SV’s with corrective actions
Actively involved in teams’ self-assessment/pre-assessment/improve the teams’ activities to achieve the level of assessment in each step
Feedback improvements and suggestions from production to VCCD OD team
Support to create necessary local VCMS standards
Act as VCMS trainer and coordinate training activities in corresponding departments
Coordinate and support the implementation of news and changes in the VCMS.
Assist developing and improving competence of VCMS network in corresponding departments

大专及以上学历
较强的人际交流能力
较强的培训能力
精通VCMS和精艺理论
生产或工程相关经验优先
较强的英语水平优先
Competence Requirements:
University degree or similar
Strong interpersonal skills
Be able to train
Skilled in VCMS total system and Lean
Background in engineering or production is preferred
Good English skill is preferred
