Responsibility:

1. Complete the service projects according to service schedule.

2. Setup good relationship with customer and submit service report to related staff on time for each service project.

3. Feedback all information including customer satisfaction, equipment, steel belt, spare parts and competitors to related sales and manager.

4. Take active part in projects through teamwork within the SPS organization.

5. Work actively on improving own skills.

6. Manage and maintain welding tools and IT tools.

7. Make visiting customers planning with related sales.

Qualification:

1. Ability to work in rapidly changing environment, and prioritize duties accordingly.

2. Good English communication skill and active.(CET4)

3. Working under high pressure.

4. Working independent according the policy.

5. Average level in oral & written English and good PC skills;

6. Problem solving openly, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.

7. At least 2 years working experience in equipment maintenance or welding.

8. Graduated from technical professional colleges.
