Key responsibilities:
？To support production superintendents and supervisors in their daily work to achieve common targets regarding man hours but also to be a support in regards of all QCDISME areas.
？Station setup, station balancing and work space design.
？Man hours with respect to balancing
？OIS correct described
？Create stations with corresponding requirement on the right level of: Ergonomics, filling degree, Quality, Sequence, Equipment’s, M – face, Etc.
？Kaizen workshops
？Material addressing
？Correct SAM analyzes
？PII correct described (variants, time, articles, equipment’s etc.)
？Engineering meeting
？Inform and implement Production regarding changes in rationalizations, new assemblies, work speed on change meeting.
？Efficiency improvement of process
？Cost calculations
？Quotes from suppliers

Qualification:
？Minimum level of education is bachelor degree.
？English both written and spoken
？Practical experience from the production process or Manufacturing Engineering process.
？Knowledge about the processes, methods, and tools at Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering and R&D.
？Green Belt or Black Belt is preferable.
？Result oriented.
？Strong ability to co-operate.
？Analytical.
？Very good computer skills
