Technical Purchaser for our plant in Changzhou (Jiangsu Province, China)


Your duties:

- Reduce costs through
- Negotiation of offers and prices
- Worldwide search for lower-cost providers
- Worldwide search for lower-cost materials
- Consistent request from multiple vendors
- Optimization of procurement quantities based on actual data
- Total costs of ownership (TCO )

- Result of negotiations and closing deals
- Performing the required rule, annual price negotiations , taking into account the procurement strategy , the quantities and market development.
- Negotiating with suppliers , possibly in a foreign language , according to targets and completing individual contracts and framework agreements within the specified guidelines.
- Compare and negotiation of delivery , quantities and prices.
- Negotiation of price adjustments of imported goods.
- Submit via the subscription rights beyond contracts for decision.

- Resolving requirements
- In project implementation : Support the requester in obtaining
.From the project planning phase ? concerning the necessary technical and commercial aspects
.By considering the total cost of ownership (TCO )
- In the procurement of materials and spare parts supply
.Technical clarification in consultation with the requester
.Coordination of the needs
.Inlet and outlet control of materials in accordance with the procedures
.Continuous monitoring of the supply of spare parts and optimal inventory levels in consultation with the requester and SEP S_CoC
.Ensuring the availability

- Supplier Development
- According to the requirements worldwide search for suitable suppliers :
.Quality of the material
.Quality of the supplier regarding supply security and quality of supply
.Total cost of ownership (TCO )
.Consideration of preferences and experiences
- Permanent search for possible alternative suppliers to ensure the quality , availability, and lowest total cost of ownership (TCO )
- Maintaining the existing suppliers
- Continuous search for alternative suppliers for the purpose of market-oriented and cost-effective procurement
- Searching for new suppliers for new techniques in cooperation with the requestor
- Stabilus supplier strategy
- Organization of supplier visits Preparation, implementation and follow-up of supplier visits to the continuous improvement of technical and economic requirements and processes in the customer-supplier relations

- Processing of requests and offers
- Request of property when ? introduced Stabilus suppliers ? potential suppliers
- Alternative requests of goods based on the periodic monitoring of the procurement quantities and savings
- Request of goods in coordination with the requestor
- Implementation of price comparisons and analyzes offer

- Processing orders , credits and debits
- Orders Processing requirements and the need to implement an order , respecting the environment as well as the monitoring of the order until receipt and order end
- Invoices, credits and debits Edit in cooperation with the areas SFx

- Statistics / reporting
- Creation of sales and price trends statistics for key suppliers
- Creating visit reports and meeting notes

- Computerized purchasing system SAP/R3
- Maintenance of master data as well as standard texts
- Optimization of the procurement system and process organization


Our requirements:

-Bachelor or equivalent degree
-At least 3 years experience in purchasing equipment
-Profound knowledge of SAP and MS Office
-Written and Reading English is must, spoken is preferable.
-Self-confident and good communication as well as following the work rules and process
-Stronger responsibility and able to handle work independently
-Adapt to frequent business travel
