职位描述

Title: Sales Support Representative 销售助理
Report To: Aftermarket Sales Manager
Location: Shenzhen-Futian

Responsibility:
1. Document sales projects reported by partners or regional sales people; verify with sales manager or sales GM. Collect and consolidate sales forecast with partners and analyze inventory monthly.
2. Regularly update consumables attach rate and consumables usage analysis of key accounts.
3. Regularly update spares and service projects; collect service feedback from customers by phone.
4. Collect market intelligence and competitor information, especially on thermal ribbon; facilitate the WM project by providing effective communication, acquainting with products storage and timely label and other consumables supply. Assist technical support and finance on service projects and out-of-warranty repair projects.
5. Collect national VAR’s data, including VAR’s industrial information and interior structure; release marketing activities and policies to VAR; provide business support to VAR; promote the selling opportunities.
6. Maintain SalesForce system and ensure data accuracy; introduce SalesForce to new sales staffs; provide daily support.
7. Responsible for daily administrative operations of Shenzhen office.

Qualifacations:
1. Bachelor degree in business administration or sales & marketing.
2. At least 3 years sales assistant or sales administration experience.
3. Competences of priority setting, analysis, result focus, initiative.
4. Excellent English level (both written and spoken).
5. Proficiency computer software skills (MS Office).
6. Good communication and teamwork spirit, excellent telephone communication skills.


工作职责:
1. 记录代理商或区域销售人员报备的销售项目,向销售经理和销售总经理确认。 每月和代理商确认预测数据后汇总,结合库存数据进行按月分析。
2. 定期更新耗材配售率和重点客户的耗材使用分析报告。
3. 定期更新配件和服务项目和安排,定期与客户电话沟通了解服务的反馈。
4. 收集市场信息竞品信息, 特别是热敏标签碳带的产品信息,和沃尔玛保持紧密沟通,了解备货需求,确保色带和其他合同所列耗材的及时供应,协助技术部门,财务部门完成服务项目和保外维修。
5. 收集全国二级代理商的信息, 包括二级代理商负责的行业,内部的组织架构,告知对方我公司的渠道政策和市场活动,提供可能的商务支持给到二级代理商,最终帮助公司提升销售机会。
6. 维护SalesForce系统确保信息准确更新及时,培训新进销售人员,并提供日常支持。
7. 维护深圳办公室日常运行。

任职资格:
1. 市场营销或工商管理专业本科。
2. 三年以上销售助理或销售行政管理经验。
3. 具备基本的工作管理能力,如事务安排,分析,结果导向,主动。
4. 良好的英语技能,适应日常的沟通。
5. 电脑应用技能熟练,独立完成日常报表/报告。
6. 表达清晰,思路清楚,能够与人协作,电话沟通技巧好。
