职位描述
岗位要求：
1. 跟进客户方案，进行高效沟通，实施，部署；维持客户关系；
2. 功能需求调研、分析设计、实施、操作培训；
3. 项目实施各阶段文档撰写（解决方案、项目公约、调研报告、阶段需求确认等）；
4. 作为公司和客户之间日常保持客户联系的纽带；
5. 为客户及时展现公司新产品，传达公司新概念；
6. 发扬团队精神配合项目的其他成员工作；
7. 遵守公司的各种规章制度，对所经手的设计成果的文档资料负有保密责任；
任职要求：
1.熟悉售后服务及项目执行，项目部署流程；
2. 熟悉管理软件行业，有零售行业经验者优先；
3. 具有良好的的团队协作能力及独立解决问题的能力；
4. 有高度的客户服务意识和强烈的责任心；
5. 吃苦耐劳，尽职尽责。
