主要职责:
培训管理顾问主要负责公司QA和项目组的培训及发展、企业职业发展,提供公司相关部门培训计划以及实施的工作。
为员工的职业发展提供定期或者不定期的循环培训支持和coaching 等。

具体岗位介绍如下:
Duties and Responsibilities
? Responsible for agent performance management. Lead and motivate Team and individual agents to meet and/or exceed key performance indicators including customer satisfaction.
? Lead business process analysis and training to achieve high quality operational results.
? Effectively coach others to drive performance and increase customer satisfaction.
? Monitor quality of service provided, coaching Customer Care Representatives to improve customer service skills.
? Ensure quality and case management are achieving objectives and to acceptable standards.
Provide support and advice to the team on a day to day basis
? key performance indicators of the role, both quality and quantity
? Assist in the identification, analysis and administration of development needs to meet individual and business objectives.
? Manage training materials and administrative documents pre and post learning activity to prepare for and record learning event, attendees, and assessment and evaluation results. – This may require some translation from the documents currently used in the UK.
? Work with the Operational Team to update and review materials for ongoing operational projects.
? Take responsibility for new staff with delivering Induction Program managing Grad Bays and providing ongoing coaching support
? Deliver refresh training based on the request of operation via QA & CSI result as well as Operation feedback
? Capture and process data from training result study and improvement;
? Perform training administrative duties i.e. course material preparation; creating training schedules; inputting training data, etc. if required to do so.
? Maintain a positive, customer orientated attitude when interacting with internal Percepta departments.
? Understand the goals of the business working with operations to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
? Keep involvement in daily operation to understand customer’s needs and service process via call audit or online support on a monthly basis
?
Experience
? To have demonstrated and active interest in and aptitude for L&D activities and/or coaching either within or outside of the work environment.
? At least 2 years training experience, preferable in Auto industry
Education
? College education and Bachelor’s degree is preferred
? Fluent in Mandarin
? Able to read, write and speak in English.
Skills
? The L&D consultant must be able to interact effectively with all employees, managers, clients and customers; representing Percepta in a professional manner at all times.
? Ability to coach and provide 1 to 1 support to enable delegates to meet and exceed quality goals.
? Good Computer literacy.
? Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
? Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
? Ability to influence and motivate others.
? Ability to work with various organizational levels to develop and present material.
? Possess a flexible approach to work.
? Demonstrate dependability by completing assignments and meeting commitments.
? Work on special projects as required.
? Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
? Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
? Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
? Ability to think creatively and adopt a 'can do' approach to problem solving.
? Share knowledge of latest Learning theories and practices
