Job description 工作描述：

1. To prepare drinks for guests following the beverage recipes set by F&B ManagementJob Requirement. 根据管理层制定的饮料配方为客人准备饮料
2. To be flexible in meeting guests’ requests, for example special beverage requests. 灵活的满足客人的要求，例如特殊的饮料请求。
3. To have a good knowledge of all beverage items in the menu and their recipes. 熟练掌握酒水单上所有的知识及配方。
4. To assist in taking guests orders for food and beverage if necessary. 如果有需要为客人点酒水和食品。
5. To check and ensure the bar is set for all meal periods. 检查并确保酒吧的设置运作在用餐时间正常。
6. To follow procedures in the opening and closing of the bar. 要遵循酒吧的开档和关档程序。
7. To assist the manager to carry out the monthly inventory for the bar. 协助经理完成酒吧月盘点工作。
8. To control and assist in monthly requisitions for outlet’s supplies. 控制和协助酒吧每月的用品申购。
9. To control monthly breakages in the bar. 控制酒吧的每月破损量。
10. To refill the spirits and wines in the bar according to bar 根据酒吧标准补充烈酒和葡萄酒。


Job Requirements职位要求：

1. Fluent in speaking English, with good communictating shills
英语听说流利,并掌握一定的沟通技巧。
2. Have good image,temperament and in good condition.
五官端正,气质良好,身体健康
3. Have good working attitude and sense of teamwork.
良好的工作态度及团队合作意识。
4. 1 year Related working experience
一年以上相关工作经验.
