1. Project definition and planning
？ Define project goals (financial, scheduling and quality goals)
？ Support line management in selecting project core team members
？ Establish adequate project organization (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving)
？ Setup an initial project plan in accordance with the BU's valid processes (phases, deliverables, milestones/ Q-Gates, etc.)
？ Ensure compliance to the BU's processes
2. Steer execution and control project
？ Track the project progress, define corrective measures if deviating form the plan
？ Control the usage of the released project budget and project resources per approved project plan
？ Report the project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set
？ Install and perform professional change management
？ Perform risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risk measures
？ Escalate issues if neceesary
3. Representation of project at customer, negociate with customer and suppliers
？ Representation of project in customer meetings
？ Representation of project-interests in supplier meetings and internal meetings
？ Based on professional, well documented change management negociate changes and claims with the customer and with suppliers
？ Protect confidentiallity of project data
4. Managing project team and stakeholders
？ Actively manage stakeholder expectations, inform and involve stakeholders on a regular basis and in an appropriate manner
？ Assign work packages to project team members
？ Help build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamworkwith the project

1. Master in engineering or financial
2. Minimum 4 years experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions
3. Discipline Project Leader of minimum 1 completed class M project or Technical Project Leader of a Class M project
4.Has worked as a team member in international team
5. Excellent English oral and written skills
