Responsibilities：

1. To plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines.

2. Responsible for Finance update and calculation during project execution, especially the product cost model

3. Coordinating the efforts of team in order to deliver projects according to plan

4. Responsible for project status update and analysis, as well as driven all actions for improvement

5. Align with multi site about project plan at implement level, and act as a major contact window

6. Track material status and other logistics

7. Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Requirements：

1. Master degree with experience on Engineering project conduction.

2. Understanding in optical data/telecom communication industry

3. Comprehensive knowledge of project management, PMP preferred.

4. Active person on communication and good at motivate people.

5. Must be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are highly required.
