Responsibilities:
Responsible for reliability and maintenance of facilities, use the tools of FMEA/RCM/5W/RCFA, develops, agrees and executes an maintenance strategy to ensure the highest plant availability at the lowest internal cost in support of the site/ business objectives
Responsible for designing, procurement, execution, inspection, test and completion of assigned projects
Contribute to the improvement of the plant facilities on safety, operability and quality
Responsible to use the best maintenance practices to obtain top performance
Accord with Corporation standards, interpretation and setting of engineering and maintenance standards and procedures to ensure best practices
Maintenance of systems, documents, standards and operating procedures required for Equipment, reliability management and keep the system aligned with Corporation

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical engineering
At least 5 years relative working experience
Knowledge of reliability and preventative maintenance programs
Familiar with electric structure theory and automation production system/PLC or DCS
Basic chemical industry equipment design ability and experience of relative machine/electric installation
Familiar with maintenance system, like PPM etc
Knowledge on electric safety and project management etc
Good teamwork and communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office software
Good verbal and written communication capability in Chinese and English
