Duties & Responsibilities
1.Perform supplier audits including quality system, C-TPAT & SA8000 , provide audit report to procurement team.
2.Perform sourcing inspection per request. provide reports
3.Perform In process quality audit at supplier side per request.
4.Identity supplier quality issue and develop supplier quality level
5.Perform Initial sample inspection report for new product samples
6.Perform Initial production inspection for first mass production of new products and submit reports
7.Involve in LEAN project and drive for continuously quality improvements
8.Deal with Customer quality compliant and provide CA
9.Act as Vendor quality local representative, Fulfill customer quality requests.

Must
1.Bachelor degree or above in industries fields
2.3 years working experience in quality area
3.Good skills in written and spoken English
4.Familiar with Inspection QA, QC, Audit.

Preferred
1.Familiar with SA8000, CTPAT requirements.
2.Furniture manufacture experience
